NOTES FROM DECEMBER 1:
We had a brief meeting on the deck at Emily's Good Things to Eat
(cool but pleasant) with Robert Blitzer, Jennifer Bragar, Eileen
Goodwin, Dick Little, Peter Scott and Dave Walworth attending.
We decided that our next meeting would occur on January 5, to give
everyone a chance to enjoy the holidays.
We also had some discussion of the SCMTD's Metrobase Project, with Jenni
suggesting that if we want to help with or sponsor or otherwise be
involved with public participation process, a likely and appropriate
date would be early to mid February.
See everyone next Wednesday, Jan 5 at 501 Mission (not too far from the
SEIU office which is at 517 Mission, or the Beacon Station, which is at
335 Mission). If anyone can bring us up to date on Metrobase, it would
be most welcome. For example, what action (if any) did the SCMTD Board
take at its December 3 meeting?
-- Peter Scott, note-taker.
p.s. we may have information from Congressman Farr's office regarding
the bike-path-along-the-railway project available by January 5.
